Development of food industry of Ukraine and regions. Trends and regularities of general and regional development of branch on transitive period has been revealed, recommendations aimed at solution social, economic, ecological and scientific-technological problem have been developed and scientific conception of food industry development under the conditions of transition to market economy. The main results are used while developing of the regional policy, state management, scholastic process.
