The dissertation paper deals with the problems of identification of oscillation with regular and chaotic attractor in determined oscillating systems, In the paper developed is a new direction of theoretical mechanics based on dynamical principle of symmetry, construction of aperiodic solution domains and analysis of characteristical exponents of quasistatic solutions on circular trajectory (in polar variables). The passage to the non-regular (chzotic) motion is made in result of the periodsc solution splitting into the aperiodic ones (nodal or sadle).
