Methods and equipment: physiological, biochemical, haematological, spectrophotometric, radioimmunoassay; photoelectrocolourmeter, pH-meter, spectrophotometer, flaming photometer. Theoretical and practical results: it was determined that influence of pharmacological and technological stress-factors causes the similar adaptative reactions. Well-founded conception of role of the peripheric adren- and cholinergic structures in genesis of functional disorders and structure violation of mucus capsule of animals small intestine while stress. It was elaborated the mark criterion of some stress stages in organism of young cattle depending on sex and age. Phenazepame was proposed for prevention of technological stress in bulls on growing and feeding. Optimal dose and methods of their administration were determined. Physiology and biochemistry of agricultural animals, stock-breeding are the sphere of practical application our results.
