Kirnars'kyj A. Technological fundamentals of coal wet spiral separation.

The dissertation is devoted to problems of coal fine and slimes preparation efficiency improvement by means of wet spiral separation utilization. The theoretical and applied fundamentals of wet spiral separation have been developed. It was shown that wet spiral efficiency depends upon autogenous properties of separating medium on the spiral surface which are determined by hydrodynamical flow regime, suspension rheology and material substantial content, the conditions system technological balance and comprehensive criterion of process have been formulated.The technological solution for preparation of screening, intermediate product flotation tailings, granular slimes, anthracite culm with using of wet spiral separation have been developed. The main results of thesis have been introduced of coal preparation plants.
