Vasylenko V. Economic Machinery for the Stimulation of the Producing Territorial Systems Development

The subject of research: economic environment, structure and system of the economic relations, which develop inside the organizational formations. The purpose of research: development and perfection of the economic methods of stimulation of development of the producing-territorial systems at a stage of transformation of the economic relations, by generalizing theoretical results and using the applied research results in this field area. Research methods and equipment: a dialectic method of knowledge of the validity, structural - system approach, methodics of the comparative and statistical analysis, methods of the logical generalization, methods of the economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: The preconditions for the further development of a new direction in theoretical and applied research in the problems of effective functioning of the producing-territorial systems are established by the use of the appropriate economic mechanism for stimulation of development, which takes i nto account the presence of the material, labour and financial resources, conditions of the market relations development; the methodical principles for a complex rating of influence of the production major factors on its final results, the measures of organizational maintenance and the dispose of a special mode of managing were determined. The results of the research can be used for perfection of the regional policy, elaboration of strategic directions of development of producing-territorial systems, defining priorities in the drafting of the state and regional programs of development. Novelty: the economic category "coal territorial system" is defined, the need to account the transformation of major factors of production in to the final results of the separate elements of the producing-territorial systems activity is justified, the methods of adaptation of the producing-territorial systems to the conditions of the market relations are offered; the social and economic consequences of closing of the separate e nterprises and their influence on development of the producing-territorial systems are considered, the measures on introduction of a special mode of managing as a method of increasing the efficiency of development of the producing-territorial systems are generalized and determined.
