Essay

. For the first time the decision of a problem of increasing the reliability of ship power plants is directed on provision workability and saving health of a principal element of a sys-tem: human-operator. Applying a system approach to the prin-ciples of a hygienic normalization of the factors of an environ-ment and work conditions on a vessel, the theoretical funda-mentals of a ship microclimate systems construction are de-signed. Mathematical models of processes in system elements which determine quantitative dependence between vessel environment, health condition of a seaman and conditions of industrial activity are scientifically proved. The results of re-search on development of multiparameter optimum comfort adjusters, construction of collective safety system on gas tankers and self-tuning systems of automatic control of proc-esses of conditioning of a locations microclimate are stated.
