Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the mechanisms of central inhibition of the gastric secretion which is realized by nerves vagus. In dogs with intact nervous system the blockade of tonical cholinergic influences by hexamethonium inhibits gastric secretion stimulated by pentagastrin, carbachol and methylphurmetide. Hexamethonium more deeply inhibits gastric acid secretion selective and truncal vagotomy. Thus the nerves vagus transfer to parietal cholinergic and inhibitory impulsation. Thus dopamin influence on stomach secretory function through the activation of central dopamin receptors. It is establiched the existence of universal mechanism of central inhibition of gastric secretion which is realized by decreasing of tonical cholinergic vagal acrivity
