Stepanenko A. Medical care quality provision system of population of Ukraine and scientific grounding of its realization

The thesis is dedicated to the problems of scientific grounding and creation of medical care quality provision system for the population of Ukraine. It is shown, that the system of measures guaranteeing the medical aid quality at health care facilities in modern conditions of the branch development demands corresponding improvement. Resulting from a complex socio-hygienic investigation, there have been scientifically substantiated and worked out some quality guarantee system components for medical care provision - standardization, licensing and accrediting of health care facilities, information technologies for the provision of effective functioning of these processes. The investigation carried out allowed to ground scientifically and work out the medical care quality provision system for the population of Ukraine, using effective technologies for quality guarantees.
