TRUBYCh S. Labour Potential and Employment of the Population of Ukraine in the Conditions of Market Transformations of Economy.

For the first time in economic literature, on the basis of theoretical generalizations and empirical conclusions from critical comparative study of the evolution of ideas, facts and dynamics of processes concerning theory and practice of the development of labour potential and the formation of the employment of population, conceptual fundamentals of the definition of expenses for the reproduction of labour potential were determined and own treatment of this process was given grounds for. A concept of mixed regulation of population employment with the account of specific features of the development of socio-labour relations of Ukraine in the conditions of transition period was worked out.
