Object of a research - is the system of economy management as a whole and its components. The purpose of a research is scientific substantiation of conceptual positions of the mechanism of the state, the state and apparatus the state service for regulation of economy in conditions of transformation period of development of society and state. The theoretical and practical outcomes consist in solution of important scientific - applied problems concerning development of the effective organizational mechanism regulation of economy.
