The dissertation is devoted to the physiological mechanisms of organism's adaptation to prolonged training processes in ontogenesis. Vegetative, neurodynamic and psychophysiological functions of children and teenagers in middle school age have been studied. Received quantitative dynamic characteristics of the level of economy of external breathing and cardiovascular system for various periods of physical training. The analyzed parameters of neurodynamic and psychophysiological functions of school children have been changed with the age and the character of these changes depends on the peculiarities of the basic nervous processes and the duration of physical loads
