. .Object of the study are economic relations arising in the process of functioning local economy, formation, distribution and use of sources of local government revenues. Objective of the study is elaboration of scientific conception and mechanizm regulation of market transformation of the local government revenues system oriented to increasing the of public sector operation. Methods of research and means include methods of formal and dialectic logic, qualitative analysis and synthesis, quantitative analysis of economic indices, economic and mathematic modelling. Theoretical and practical results help to promote increase of the efficiency of public sector by means of rational division of different authority powers and to create a considered system of local government revenues as well. Novelty of a new introduction is a integral conception for regulation of formation, distribution and use of the local government revenues system oriented to support the balance of economic interests of public goods consu mers, taх-payers and local authorities and which provides increasing the efficiency of public sector operation.
