Essay

Stochastic nature of phenomena associated with the forming of water balance on the territory under conditions of irrigation, water use and its runoff was experimentally substantiated in the thesis by the results of theoretical generalization and modern solution of the problems of water resources management on the irrigation systems of Ukraine. A new method and technology of water-use management on the irrigation systems as the process of stochastic nature including probable prognosis, planning, realization and the control over the subsequent plan correlation were offered.
