Essay

Object of research: architecture-&-construction systems. Research aim: identification of architecture-&-construction systems' methodological bases development and working out recommendations and propositions for their perspective improvement, taking into account new Housing and Urban Policy Reforms in Ukraine. Research methods: analysis of literature sources and design materials, comparative and structural analysis, graphic and analitical method, experimental design, feasibility studies, natural investigations and testings. Main scientific and practical outputs: definition of term and finding out of architecture-&-construction systems'(ACSs) evolution periods; designing of structural model of ACSs, ground of ACSs' forming and development principles (adequacy, multivariety, flexibity, social and economic effectivness; clearing up and systematization ACSs' development forecast and ground fheir use limits; proposals and recommendations for ACSs development with respect to housing policy reforms in Ukrain e; definition of ACSs' forming methods for various situations and working out proposals for architecture-&-building complex managment; creation and installation the perspective ACS "POLIS". Novelty of research results: definition of ACSs' principles and methods in Ukraine with working out proposals and recommendations regarding their perspectives in the conditions of Ukrainian housing and urban policy reforming. Dissertation results is useful for the following: terminology perfection and working out atrchitecture theory and history methodoligical bases; designing and correction national, regional, and local housing development programs; designing and construction residentional areas and civil buildings on the base of various ACSs; working out methodical documents for educational process. Results of the research made a contribution to the following: States' programs and legislative and regulation documents, research and design works, educational process.
