Voronkova A. Strategic management of competition potential of industrial enterprises

Object of the studi is potential of industrial enterprises operating under conditions of competitive environment.Objective of the studi is substantiation of integral scientific conception of formation of industrial enterprises' competitive potential and strategic management of it. Methods of research include methods of structural and logistic, statistical and technical-economic analysis; complex and situational approaches; expert and economic-mathematical methods; matrix method. Theoretical and practical results consist in further development of methodology for strategic management of industrial enterprises' competitive potential. Scientific novelty is the idea proposed for formation competitive potential of the industrial enterprise, substantiation of strategic orientation necessary for management of enterprises' competitive potential, distinguishing a set of factors which characterize processes of industrial enterprises modernisation, further development of the concept of management synergism, the m echanism suggested for management of competitive potential of the industrial enterprise. Subject and degree of introduction: the concept of strategic management of competitive potential is introduced in the Lugansk Regional State Administration, methodical recommendatios - in Krasnodon CSC "Uynost", CSC "Lugansk Pipe Plant", State Holding Company "Luganskteplovos". Sphere of application: covers administration bodies at different levels and industrial enterprises.
