Yakovenko L. Industrial policy under transition of the economy: investing aspect

The dissertation paper is dedicated to a complex research of realizing industrial policy in Ukraine and to its investing aspects. Main points and features of industrial policy of Ukraine limitations and contradictions of its conducting have been grounded, the priority problems of the influence on the real sector of the economic system have been studied, as well as the role of the state, of different enterprises and of the regions in the realisation of the industrial policy. The main subject of the raising the effectiveness of the realisation of the industrial policy in the conditions of the constant financial and monetary recources deficit is a necessity of combination of its tactical and intermedial aims with the most important goals of the state economic policy, the formation of the priority system of different level, as well as the inclusion of the recources of the economic subjects of different level, including the regional investments into the process of the investments ensuring of the real secto r.
