In activity the fundamental theory of his activity are determined, the conceptual vehicle is updated and the scheme of classification of the special (free) economic areas is designed. The scientific - methodical fundamentals of designing of the special territorial - economic formations, realisation of expertise of the investment projects are designed and yardstick of selection of priority kinds of economical activity. 4 years outcomes of operation in Ukraine of zones and territories of priority development are generalised, that has given the basis to definition of reference directions of their furthert.
