Pozhydayev V. Scientific grounds for estimation of dressability of coal and elaboration of resourcesaving technologies of its conversion

The thesis is devoted to the problems of estimation of dressability of coal and elaboration of the resourcesaving technologies of its conversion. The theoretical and applied fundamentals of analytical solution to the separating processes equations in practice of the coal preparation are reasoned in the paper. The information on qualitatively - quantitative parameters of separating processes is contained in a surface of wash ability of granular mixture. The analytical expression for the particles on factions and partial ash contents distribution law in all ranges of density is retrieved.The analytical patterns of coal dressing processes are developed, which allowed recommendation of optimum constructional and technological parameters. Also, patterns of separation for basic processes of dressing for heavy-medium separators, systems of a sedimentation and flotation are developed.The resourcesaving technology of dressing coal provides for preparation 5 machine grades and their dressing according to flotato r, spiral strake, spiral separator, jigger and heavy-medium separator
