Mostens'ka T. The economic dodge of forming and efficient operation of a dairy industry of Ukraine

Object of research: a dairy industry of Ukraine, separate enterprises of branch, system of the economic relations in a circuit the maker- manufacturer- consumer. The purpose of research: development of theoretical bases of action the economic mechanism of functioning dairy industry of Ukraine, substantiation of levers of influence on efficiency of its functioning. Methods: dialectic, complex system approach, economic-mathematical, functional-cost analysis, graphic analytical, structural-dynamic shifts, statistical groupings and generalizations. Theoretical and practical results: the questions having unsufficient theoretical development are decided the technique of definition of the offer in the market of dairy products as by derivative of demand is developed, the practical recommendations for improvement of action of the economic mechanism and management by it are given. Scientific novelty: the further development of theoretical-methodological and practical development of the economic mechanism of func tioning of a dairy industry of Ukraine and bases of formation of the effective offer in the market of dairy products is carried out. Degree of introduction: the results of research are used by department of the foodstuffs of the Ministry of agrarian politics, department of development of the markets of the Ministry of economy and on the European integration of Ukraine, NA "Ukrkonservmoloko" and NA "Ukrmolprom". Efficiency: use of research results will promote increase of efficiency of functioning dairy industry at the separate enterprises of branch. Sphere, area of use: activity of the enterprises of a dairy industry of Ukraine, development socially guided politics of the state.
