Sadykov M. Management innovatory processes in the agrarian sphere of agro-industrial complex

Object of research: the agrarian enterprises Forest-steppe and Steppe zone of Ukraine, also new organizational-legal formations in sphere of material maintenance and service of agriculture. The purpose of research: a substantiation of theoretical, methodological and practical questions of management by innovatory processes in agrarian sphere АIC of Ukraine. Methods: statistical groupings, balance, normative, account-constructive, economic-mathematical, optimization, alternative approximation, analysis of sensitivity of the project, graphic and other methods of the analysis of the statistical information. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical-methodological bases of concepts innovatory management in agrarian sphere in conditions of the transitive period are advanced; the offers on organization of planning of scientific and technical innovations for mass introduction in practice of manufacture innovatory technologies and engineering are determined; the mechanisms and ways of updating of material base of the reformed agrarian enterprises are proved. Scientific novelty the theoretical, methodological and practical problems of management innovatory processes in agrarian sphere are advanced, is complemented theoretical-economic essence of concepts "innovatory management", "innovation", "the innovatory decision", "innovatory activity" rather innovatory processes in agrarian sphere of economy. Degree of introduction: the offers are used in the enterprises АПК of Donetsk and Kharkov areas, Senior management АПК Donetsk regional state administration, in educational process of the Kharkov state agrarian university by V.V. Dokuchaev. Efficiency: use offered resource- and energy-protect technological receptions of cultivation of grain cultures will ensure manufacture of competitive production, will lower expenses of energy for manufacture of a unit of production on 15 - 20 % in comparison with the actually achieved level.
