Essay

Object: region and process of maintenance of its sustainable development. Aim: development of theoretical-methodological bases of formation of regional policy of constant development and mechanisms of its realization. Methods: abstract-logic, calculative-constructive, statistical-economic, systemic analysis, structural-graphic modeling. Results: the theoretical substantiation is carried out and the conceptual model of policy of constant development of problem regions is offered, a technique of formation and realization of target comprehensive programmes of constant development of region for the first time is offered. Use: development of the programs of socioeconomic development of regions, at reading and realization of practical rates.
