Uzunov V. Uzunov Formation of the enterprise in the process of market transformation of Ukraine's economy.

A complex investigation of problem connected with formation and developing of enterprise is maid in the paper as seen in the light of f theoretical analysis of that category and its essence as a factor of production. The need for economic freedom is substantiated in the process of economic relations liberalisation. The features of market transformation in the Ukraine's economy are defined where conditions of competitive environment are decisive factor in forming and developed enterprise. As a special type of managerial relations enterprise is in need of state regulation of the economy in the period of transition to the market at the macro level, of creating a mechanism of deregulate and tender support. The main results of the investigation found application in the work of certain organs of state power in Ukraine as well as of some power structures in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the process of regulating the economic and business activities, in the practical work of the enterprise associations.
