Kornatsky V. Adaptive technologies of optimization of the primary medicosanitary help to adult population with cardiology by a pathology

The thesis is dedicated to problems of acclimatization of a system of the primary medicosanitary help of cardiology profile to the adult population in modern conditions of Ukraine. For 25 years is conducted of monitoring of a demographic situation, parameters of a condition of health and mean duration of qualitative life.The condition of health and level of rendering of a medical care in countries of Europe and countries former USSR is parsed. These parameters were compared with similar in Ukraine. The tendencies of an aggravation of symptoms of health, mean duration of qualitative life and demographic situation in conditions of change of socio-political, social and economic and eco-biological processes during last 25 years are established.The inconsistency of an existing system of public health services, specially of its main link - primary medicosanitary help to the adult population in conditions of a transition period to market economy is rotined. Is certain the concept of a state policy of public health services, specially concerning to the primary medicosanitary help of cardiology profile. Scientifically is justified adaptive model of the primary medicosanitary help of cardiology profile to the adult population in modern conditions of Ukraine. This model is esteemed as acclimatization to an existing system with priority development of the primary medicosanitary help. She also should be multistructure, preventive and with blended financing. The outcomes of an intrusion of this model have confirmed its high medical and economic efficiency.
