Object of research: socio-economic processes that occur due to the state's economic functions realisation in their dialectical unity and historical evolution. Purpose of research: political and economic analysis of the nature, essence and system of economics regulation, peculiarities of its evolution and macroeconomic regulation mechanism optimisation under the condition of market transformations in Ukraine. Methods of research: Philosophic methods of cognition, historical analysis of governmental macroeconomic regulation mechanism's genesis, dialectics principles, systems analysis and logical generalisation methods, synergetic approach, macroeconomic modelling and economic and statistical analysis methods. Results: system investigation of causes, essence and mechanism of governmental macroeconomic regulation genesis is performed; the nature of governmental regulation criteria function is revealed; methodology of etymological defining and essential analysis of the government regulation theory main notions are systematised; structural and functional relations of the macroeconomic regulation mechanism's units are considered; original conceptual model of transformational Ukrainian economics' government regulation is proposed; concepts of small-scale business support, government economic functions realisation under tax burden decrease conditions, tax planning organisation are proposed, three-sector model of market economy is proposed. Novelty: exploration of structural and functional relations of the macroeconomic regulation system units; research of etymological defining and essential analysis of the government regulation theory main notions methodology; substantiation of productive relations system structural levels that are reflected by "governmental regulation" category and definition its essence as integral governmental function; development of government regulation methodology as the aspect of objective and subjective that allowed to reveal the nature of government regulation criteria function; definition of government regulation models regulation criteria; development of author's conceptual model of transitive Ukrainian economics government regulation; system of separate author's concepts: concept of small-scale business support, concept of government economic functions realisation under tax burden decrease conditions, concept of tax planning organisation; development of three-sector market economy model and its mathematical interpretations that allow to optimise in series decisions as to government microeconomic stabilisation policy.
