Essay

The process design of arrangement of unite-building technological system (UBTS). Increase technological indexes of multi-position UBTS with circle transportation of detail. The methods systematic and statistic analysis, mathematical model and optimization, method transformations of coordinate systems. The methodology of composition projection UBTS is developed. The method of the directed synthesis of arrangement on the basis of method transformation of coordinate systems permitting to decrease capacity work on design, to increase concentration of the operation, compatibility UBTS. All this thesis has been introduced in production. The field is machine-building.
