Essay

Metohodological principles and perspectives of the Ukrainian housing and communal services territоrial organization, under the conditions of national economy reform, have been worked out in this thesis. The dissertation's study made it possible to deepen the research metodology of the regional territorial housing and communal services organization, to develop new approaches, to discover the reserves existing in this sphere, and to move in the direction of addressing urgent problems. The author proposes that special practical emphasis should be given to the proposed new approaches toward reforming of the municipal services payment strategies of the tariff's policies aswell as marketing of the communal municipal system enterprises. Conceptual approaches and broad strategy in regional development have been offered, economic mechanisms of organization and control have been worked out.
