Pjatkov V. Theoretico-methodical foundation of technico-tactical preparation of athletes in Olympic shooting exercises

Process of shooters training in Olympic disciplines. Modelling interactive system of scientific-methodical provision of technico-tactical preparation of athletes in shooting Olympic exercises. Theoretical analysis of literature, electronic and optical measurement of the major parameters of shooters' technico-tactical actions, modelling of interactive systems, programming of functions, procedures and elements of managing the system objects, axiomatic method, synthesis of theoretical and methodical bases, mathematico-statistical processing of experimental data were used. For the first time the general regularity of improvement of sheeting performances along with reduction of the speed of weapon projection movement in the region of aiming has been discovered; the concept of optimizing shooters' preparation has been scientifically substantiated; the methods оf shooters' technico-tactical preparation as well as electronic functions оf decision making in interactive models of shooting exercises have been developed; model characteristics of shot cycle have been determined; classification of theoretical and methodical bases of shooters' preparation has been suggested. On the whole the scientific provisions of the work change the notion about initial provision of the theory of making precise shot, develop the theory of technico-tactical preparation of shooters and supplement scientific knowledge for solution of the problem of technico-tactical preparation process optimization, improve the system of scientific and methodical provision of athletes' preparation in shooting, :rap shooting and archery. Elaborations nave been tested and are used in practical activities of the LSIPC, in the system of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Internal Affairs and by national teams of Ukraine.
