Object: theoretical-conceptual, methodological and applied aspects of management of processes of development of business in Ukraine. Aim: theoretical substantiation of organizational-economic policy of preference to development of business and development of mechanisms of its realization. Methods: economic-statistical,economic-mathematical, comparative and systemic analysis. Results: the methodological and methodical approaches to construction and realization of mechanisms of preference to development of business in Ukraine and its regions are developed, the integrated concept of preference to development of business on the basis of coordination of interests of the state, regions and businessmen is justified. Use: at development of the regional programs of stimulation of development of small business, at teaching rates of economic policy concerning development of business.
