Nosova O. Foreign investment in the institutional market transformation economy

The object is the transitional economy in the institutional market transformation economy; the aims are to investigate the foreign investment system; it's structure, functions, evolution in the framework of the institutional market transformation, and to substantiate recommendations of investment activization; the methods are the system approach, logical and historical analysis, forecasting, economic-statistic and economic-mathematical methods; results, novelty are 1)the condition of the balanced global movement capital system is revealed; 2)the pre-condition of the deepening of the social-economic and economic cooperation of the subjects of the international capital movement is determined; 3)the international capital movement is introduced in the form of the multilevel system of relations; 4)the institutional substance of the category "foreign investment" is defined; 5)the interaction between the degree of the institutional changes and the value of foreign capital inflow is offered; 6)the tendency ofthe informal institutionalization predominance is revealed; 7)the complex approach of the foreign direct investment analysis is offered; 8)the condition of the effective functioning of the investment system is proved; 9)the category "institutional resources of transitional economy" is suggested; 10)the complex content of the institutional market system is revealed; 11)the category "technological institute" is offered and based; 12)the content of the "investment attractiveness institute" is defined; 13)the significant factors of investment attractiveness are revealed; 14) the multilevel integral assessment of the investment attractiveness is offered; 15)the value of the foreign direct investment attractiveness is calculated depending on the political uncertainty and income factors; 16) the dependence of the foreign direct investment inflow from lagged changes of macroeconomic parameters are suggested; the sphere of use are the state economic policy improvement in the foreign investment sphere, and institutionalreforms realization in Ukraine, elaboration of the basic documents in the process of foreign investments, in the educational process, in research work while studying investment processes in transitional economy
