Essay

Operation of the equipment of opencasts is the object. Generalization and development of scientific bases of functioning of the open-cut equipment for increase of its engineering performance standard and efficiency at the open-cut mining are the purpose. Experimental investigations of the machines in the real conditions of its operation and computer analytical and experimental investigations are the methods. Establishment of nonstationary process of mining machines restoration; laws of influence of various lives of elements and planned character of its replacement on the failure density and availability ratio of the machine are the novelty. Mathematical model of mining machine functioning as systems of elements of the various life, the method of restoration process optimization of mining machines and complexes, system of complex adaptive service of mining machines are the results. Scope of use - the mining equipment.
