Object of the study is social-economic processes of development of city. Objective of study is most further development of theoretical approaches to management is industrial-economic complex of city, development of methdological approaches, methodical positions and toolbox for realignment and ensuring the optimum proportions in structure industrial-economic complex of city. Methods of research are statistical analysis, grouping and generalization, mathematical modeling, selective observations, balance and demographic.
