Essay

It was revealed different combinations of parameters of immuno-neuro-endocrine complex in the norm and by the disorders of neuro-muscular transmission. Aim: To perform the investigation of mechanisms of the formation of immu-nological variants of reaction of response of organism on the natural model of the depression of neuro-muscular transmis-sion, to estimate the role of the different links of immune response, genetic polymorphism of leukocyte antigens, viral persistance, the changes of the content of some hormones and oxydant-antioxydant responses, to develop the classifi-cation of the immune response types and the new diagnosti-cal test-systems. Materials and Methods: immunological, radioimmunological, immunofermental, biochemical, im-munoflyorescent and PCR-diagnostic. Novelty: It was de-veloped variantal conception of depression of neurotrans-mittal reaction, revealed role of the viral infection and genetic polymorphism of leukocyte antigens HLA II class by the different forms of disorder of neuro-muscular transmission and morphofunctional changes of thymus. It was investi-gated the population frequency of the cases of the several variants in mechanism of formation of immune response by myasthenia and injury of thymus. It was shown that in per-sons with disorder of neuro-muscular transmission on the basis of the malignant injury of thymus is increased the level of chromosomal aberrations and very often find out the leu-kocyte phenotypes HLA DR 3 and 7 what is accompanied by many times increasing of interleukin-8 content. It was devel-oped cellular biosensor test-system (unicellular alga Du-naliella viridis) for express diagnostic of presence of myast-hogenic factors in patient's serum blood. Theoretical and practical region of application: the received results may be used in field of fundamental physiology. As well as they may be applied into clinical practice as algorithm of basis of individual practice of neurotransmitter disorder treatment.
