Stypen M. Theoretical basis for organization of urban land use and protection in the condition of land reform

The dissertation is devoted to development of new theoretic-methodological basis of development of the territorial organization of urban land use and protection in conditions of land reform in Ukraine. In thesis it was evaluated the contents of urban land use category. The urban land classification according to settlement and socio-natural peculiarities was offered. It was established roots, principles, and approaches to rational land use in habitat settlements. Social and economic problems of land reform, in particular urban land privatization and transformation, delimitation of the state and municipal land ownership, land cadastre of settlements, land management was considered. New approaches to improvement of urban land survey system are developed, it is offered new model of the real-estate information, methodical approaches to development of urban land valuation, land zoning, urban land plans and city land management were developed.
