Hulchiy O. Socio-medical regularity of perinatal pathology and pregnant women and newborns medical care optimization

In the dissertation are developed and scientifically substantiated ways of formation appropriate reproductive health by using prevention of perinatal pathology and morbidity. The studies displayed significant reserves of women reproductive health formation if actions concerning environment aggressive factors would be applied, first of all, for financial-household groups of factors and influence of other contemporary life factors to pregnant and newborns. The dissertator has developed and scientifically substantiated conceptuamodelling ideas of reproductive health improvement, has designated the most significant risk factors and has revealed etiopathogenic role played by principal of them in negative reproductive health formation. There has been studied state of obstetrical-gynecologyc service in the country, has been developed recommendations concerning improvement of such service in sense of perinatal pathology of pregnants and newborns indicators decrease, that is improvement of reproductive health formation criteria. There has been made principal conclusions, having theoretical and applied significance in formation of such health.
