Rudenko E. Mixed infectious brood diseases of honey bees (epizootology, differential diagnostics, complex system of measures and preventive maintenance).

Object - infectious diseases of bee brood and factors which influence on the intensity of display epizootic process at the mixed infectious illnesses. Purpose - to carry out epizootological monitoring and study tendencies of distribution of current of infectious diseases of bee brood. Theoretically and experimentally to prove, develop and introduce differential diagnostics and complex system of actions on struggle and preventive maintenance of the mixed infectious illnesses bee brood on apiaries of Ukraine. The methods: epizootological, clinical, microbiological, biochemical, immunological, parazitological, biotechnological, statistical. Results, novelty: on the basis of the data epizootological monitoring infectious and invasious diseases of the bee brood, strengthening influence of varroosis on the tendency to the mixed current is established on intensity epizootic process which was characterized by development of the mixed infectious diseases. The datas that were received given us theoretical positions concerning levels of formation epizootical the circuits, the latent sources of the activator and driving forces of epizootical process at infectious diseases of bees. For the first time the data which supplement our representations concerning the mechanism of formation of factors of immunity in an organism 4-6-days larvaes after application of a vaccine against American foulbrood of bees are received. Application - the expediency constant epizootical monitoring in branch of beekeeping is proved, with the purpose of introduction of complex system of veterinary-sanitary actions on preventive maintenance of the mixed infectious diseases of bees. Results of studying of influence of biological preparations on factors of specific and nonspecific resistency of an larvaes organism, have proved their application at the mixed infectious diseases in a complex with antibioticotherapy.
