Hruseva T. Substantiation of the system for providing health equality for the population in actual conditions of a society stratification

Differences in health conditions of various sections of the population having unequal material status and wellbeing due to social-economic stratification process recently going on in our country have been revealed. By implementing a complex methodological approach the health status of the population has been characterized as well as a number of determinants of its formation. Population risks of the most spread chronic noncommunicative diseases and correlataion-regression ralation between conditions and styles of life have been estimated as well as the prevalence of chronic pathology.The needs of the children's and adult 's population in outpatient and inpatient medical care have been also estimated.The strategy for equality in the population health care has been grounded and developed which covers legal, normative, organizational, administrative, resource, information and other components as well as mechanisms of their implementation on the basis of the complex intersectoral program. There are developed legal aspects of the system, which includes regulation of rights of separate population categories to the health care, national social standards in the sphere of public health, organizational and administrative components. The model of social and hygienic health monitoring has been developed. The predictive efficiency for implementation of the proposed system has been estimated.
