Object of research: realization processes and distribution of power, taking place in system of economic relations. Purpose of research: decision of actual scientific problem on determination of nature, essence and power forms in system of economic relations, power functioning particular features in conditions of market transformation in Ukraine, and also elaboration of theoretical bases and practical suggestions on politics improvement strategy choosing in field of social control over distribution of economic power. Methods of research: dialectical logic, research methods abstractly-logical and historic, system approach. Results: place and power conceptions role in history of economic thought is defined; methodological power problem inclusion grounds to article of economic analysis is performed; essence of economic power and on this basis realizable apportionment of imperious aspect of economic relations is defined; structure and basic elements of power relations: subject and power object, power resources, motivation to realization of power is analysed; dominance of power on expenditures, motivation and mainte-nance of conduct of economic agents is defined; institutions of economic power and represented sound descriptions of imperious structure in sys-tem of economic relations are picked out; economy as chain of com-mand, that is as interaction system between asymmetric economic agents is considered; theoretical chain efficiency analysis bases of economic command is formulated; power correlation and institutes to influence on economic conduct is explored; enterprise participants conduct model in chain of economic command is worked up; fortune of economic power in transitional economy and definite to particular feature of her influence on motivation of economic conduct is analysed; conception of effective power order in economic system is worked up; necessity of social control over distribution of economic power and worked up methods of his in-culcation in society is grounded. Novelty: for the first time worked up: determination of power nature as aspect of economic relations and proved that asymmetry is power subsoil in allocation of resources be-tween agents of economic system; power rent conception as difference between quantity of expenditures, necessary for blessing appropriation, which power subject will be forced to carry under condition of its ab-sence and quantity of expenditures, necessary for achievement of this aim under condition of power presence; power dominance conception on conditions, maintenance and results of economic choosing, and also on functioning of economic system: incomes distribution structure, distri-bution of control over resources, aim and direction of functioning of economic system, expenditures distribution nature and incomes in soci-ety; theoretical model of economic power how interactions (transactions) of two-sided compulsion, where each of sides has the certain power-creating resources and due to this comes forward at the same time and by object, and power subject; conception of doubled nature of economic institutions: as vagueness reduction means and as power funds of one economic agents over other; conception of economic system as systems of imperious relations, describing by such basic parameters, as distribu-tion of power, power hierarchy and power equilibrium; criteria of public chain efficiency of command is offered and proved, that chain organiza-tion of command, meeting the criteria, describes as "publicly-necessary power order"; application of comparatively-institutional approach to chain efficiency analysis of command; notion, that violation of publicly-necessary power order, that is origin its "excessiveness " or "insuffi-ciency" provokes reasons deformation, maintenance and results of eco-nomic conduct, origin of break between individual utility functions and socially-productive forms of activity is grounded. Got further develop-ment: enterprise conception as power relations systems between active voices (by shareholders) owners, management and labor collective; shown, that power organization on enterprise affects distribution of in-comes, production results, economic enterprise policy; theoretical func-tioning model of transitional economy as chain of uneffective command; proved, that chain deformation of command to generate incomes forms deformation and conditions of their receipt; methodological politics bases in control field over distribution of economic power; are definite basic directions and realization methods of social control over distribu-tion of economic power.
