Essay

Both heart ventricles structure-functional state in patients with coronarogenic and noncoronarogenic heart diseases evaluation was carried out in complex$ for the first time descriptive mathematical models of intracardiac gemodinamics under different genesis heart failure of the I and the II functional classes have been created on this evaluation basis. For the first time it has been mathematically proved that intracardiac gemodinamic state in such patients is determined by different factors: under ischemic heart disease it is defined by finally-diastolic pressure in the left ventricle and by the left and the right auricles functional state; under cardiomyopathy against a background of hypothyrosis it is defined by conditions of the left ventricle evacuation and by general periferal vessel resistance under cardiomyopathy against a background of chronic alcoholic intoxication it is defined by degree of the left ventricle myocardial hypertrophy and its dilatation. For the first time it has been shown thatunder heart failure of the I and the II functional classes with keeping inothropic effect of sympathetic activation its negative features begin to reveal as intervertricular septum hypertrophy, as chamber hardness increasing and left ventricle dilatation.Intracardiac gemodinamic changes with patients that stood myocardial infarction and acute myocarditis were made more exact, predictors of the left ventricle remodulation character during the first two years after these diseases were revealed. It is proved that systolic function of the left and the right heart ventricles concealed disorders take place just under heart failure of the I and the II functional class and these concealed disorders may be determined according to change of blood flow parameters in ventricles ejection tracts.
