The thesis presents resalt of integrated texonomic, biogeographical and ecological analysis of the lichenes of Tajikistan. The main direction of historical and genetic development of Lichenflora of Tadjikistan are fingered and trend of its genesis and becoming are determined on the basis of analysis and generalization of taxonomical and fitogeographical information, reconstructions historical migration roads of certain taxones.
