Object of investigation - process of professional and pedagogical training of future teachers for the pre-school institutions. Purpose of investigation – theoretical justification of the concept and components of musical and pedagogical training of teachers for musical and aesthetical work with under-school children, testing of organizational and methodical educational system. Methods of investigation - theoretical, empirical, statistical. Theoretical and practical results. The main points of training, specificity of musical and pedagogical competence are described; organizational and methodical training system is developed. The results can be applied in making up academic textbooks and manuals. Scientific novelty - for the first time the essence of musical and pedagogical competence is justified; the system of organizational and methodical training is developed. Realization: the results of the investigation are used in the educational academic process in all the types of higher schools, typesof education; in training of future specialists and postgraduate practice.
