Essay

The dissertation includes the study of communicative and language development of children at the pre-school age. An integral approach was taken to assessment of the child's personal activity and self-realization rate through the speech genesis. The problem was considered in the ontogenetic perspective, as well as in the psychological and pedagogical perspective, and the criterion estimates were given. Presented were the diagnostic expertise of the language development level of the child in terms of communicative trend and the authoring technique for examination of the child's speech emotional, volitional, cognitive, and creative facets in their unity. The basics of communicative and language development of children were scrutinized, in interconnection of constituents belonging to the conative, cognitive and linguistic, and personal levels. Generalized were age-related regularities in the development of oral communication competence in children; specified was the authoring model of the tutor-children interaction psychological and pedagogical design. The program of vocational training of teachers described, aimed at proper language development of pre-school children in the situation of personally oriented interaction with alumni; enhancement factors elicited, affecting the process of age-related achievements forming, with respect to the communicative and language development of pre-school children. The prospects for further investigation of the problem elucidated.
