The theoretically-methodological and conceptual bases of forming and territorial organization development of the Ukrainian securities market are investigated. The features, laws, principles, factors and conditions of the extended reproduction are revealed in view of interrelation with regional industrial complexes. The classification of material elements and industrial relations is executed. The features of the market of valuable papers as a tool of economic reforms of a public way of manufacture are proved in view of his interrelation with regional industrial complexes. The structure of management of the regional securities markets is improved. Necessity of transition to rational mechanisms of management in modern conditions of economic transformations is proved. The investitionally-financial combinations, methods of activization of the regional market are investigated, the forecast model is constructed.
