The given dissertation provides a research in theoretical and methodological foundations of humanization of basic school teachers’ pedagogical activity. The thesis develops and provides scientific substantiation for theoretical-methodological concept and model of scientific-methodological facilities for humanisation of pedagogical activity as a foreground tendency in the national pedagogical heritage. It analyses the existing scientific beliefs as for teacher’s pedagogical activity on the basis of humanism as an educational phenomenon. The research of the latter is an indispensable proviso for professional education reform. It provides scientific grounds and experimentally proves the organic incorporation efficiency of postgraduate pedagogic education and basic school. The primary difference lays in the fact that professional humanistic pedagogical training of working teachers takes place directly at school, cultivating self-realisation of their humanistic potential during the education process, that contributes to mutual enrichment of both scholars and teachers.
