Essay

Peculiarities of influence of the peptides of different origin (oxytocin, prolactin, ley- and met-enkefalins, substance P, cholecystokinin, pentagastrin, glukagon and insulin) on the liver external secretion function in chronic investigations on dogs and acute trials on rats have been investigated. Specificity and differential influ-ence of the different doses of the peptides mentioned above and hormones on the course of metabolic processes in the liver of the animals under investigation have been shown. They were expressed in changes of correla-tion in spectrum of bile acids, principal fractions of lip-ids, pigments and proteins in the bile samples taken in the course of experiment.
