Virna Z. Motivational-and-meaning regulation in psychologist's professionalization.

The thesis is aimed at the revealing of style manifestation laws of motivational-and-meaning regulation of professional realization. Moreover, the establishment of the way of determining motivational-and-meaning regulation style in a psychologist's professionalization also has been in the focus of investigation. The author has held theoretical analysis of motivational-and-meaning regulation and has substantiated the life style concept of this psychological phenomenon. The structural-functional and dynamic peculiarities of motivational-and-meaning regulation of a psychologist's professional realization have been found out. The realization has been determined on all stages of professional development, i.e. from optant to specialist with background. The representation of a psychologist's procedural and productive professional background characteristics serves as a basis for substantiation of a psychologist's professional realization style typology of motivational-and-meaning regulation. The psychologicalcharacteristics of styles and main criteria of their manifestation have been determined on the basis of style manifestation of motivational-and-meaning regulation through operative and tendentional professional background fixing. The psychological content and main laws of style manifestation of psychologists' motivational-and-meaning regulation depending on their professional background and competence level have been revealed. The proposed model of motivational-and-meaning regulation of professional realization demonstrates ways of forming psychologist's professional background as variants of constructive realization of his/her actual and potential opportunities.
