Shepitko V. Structural and functional indices of cryoporeserved placenta and influence of its transplantation upon the morphological and functional conditions of some internal organs

The thesis is devoted to the influence of hypothermia and low temperatures upon placental tissue and the influence of placenta transplantation upon the morphofunctiogeny of some internals. The optimal technologies of placenta cryopreserving and placenta long-term storage have been worked out. First it has been found out that subcutaneous transplantation of both native and cryopreserved placenta is accompanied with strongly pronounced stimulative effect upon the different organs and systems that is explaind by a presence in placental tissue of great number of of fetal albumins and bioactive agents. The experiments on animals showed when transplanting of cryopreserved placenta the reactions of regenerative type were more marked but shoter in time interval on the exposure of reactions then in the group of animals undergone the transplantation of native placenta, thoug in both cases they were within the limits of physiological regeneration. The complex comparative research of some indices of peripheralblood as well as morphological alterations in inflammatory locus in animals having experimental aseptic inflammation under transplantation of placental bioactive agents has been carried out and the expedience of their application has been experimentally proved.
