Shchedrolosyev O. Fundamentals of perfecting the power usage in special power systems of general purpose liquid cargo vessels

Object is the "preheating-discharging" special power systems, their connection with the marine propulsion plant, the ship and environment; purpose is development of bases of improvement of power use within the "preheating-discharging" special power systems of oil ship by means of further development of the theory of a joint operation of the pre heating and discharging systems of the viscous cargoes being carried the ones of technical means optimization which increase efficiency of use and reliability of scientifically founded ways of the design; methods are the mathematics and system analysis, mathematical modelling; novelty is in development (for the first time) of the imitation mathematical model of functioning the "preheating-discharging" special power systems in connection with the marine propulsion plant, the ship hull and environment; results are in solving the problem of optimum energy transportation of high viscosity cargoes in multipurpose oil ships alongside provision of their safety by means of a combined use of the systems of circulation heating and discharging viscous cargoes, with use of screw submersible non-canned pumps and utilization the heat wasted. The power efficiency of the "preheating-discharging" special power systems has been enhanced twice - thrice; the thesis has been introducted into the Register of Shipping of Ukraine, branch normative documents and engineering designs of tank vessels.
