Gornyak O. Regularities of formation of modern enterprises under the conditions of market transformation of economics

The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of regularities of the formation, development and functioning of an enterprise under the conditions of transformation of economics. Proceeding from the system- forming factors of the enterprise, the existing theories of the enterprise have been critically analysed, their classification has been suggested and new approaches to the analysis of the enterprise have been motivated. There has been made a comparative description of different types, there has been defined the trajectory of development of Ukrainian enterprises, their activity has been investigated from the faint of view of system - forming factors.
