Essay

Object of the research is technological processes of roller bearing surface formation. Subject of the research is mechanism of microtopography parameters formation and methods of control of roller bearing rotation surfaces in the process of machining. The purpose of the research is to achieve optimality of roller bearings operating characteristics. Research methods: fundamentals of machine-building, oscillation theory, mathematical statistics, perturbation theory, Laplas transformation, Fuire transformation, Tailor transformation. The thesis is dedicated to raising technological flexibility and productivity of automatic lathes under full-scale production conditions by improving the system of technological preparation based on automated design of multi-tool operations, tool adjustments and advanced processes of readjusting operations with provision of necessary quality indeces of the processed parts. The practical significance lies in the improvement of tooling-up for quantity production, working out ofengineering technique of designing of turning and grinding operations, further development of monitoring system of uncentered grinding. The outcomes of the research are introduced into the practice of Lutsk bearing plant, Kharkiv bearing plant and educational process of Lutsk State Technical University.
