Object - technical, technological and organizational arranging of the industrial system of processing of metals by cutting (IS PMC); the purpose - rise of efficiency of operation of the IS PMC in conditions of single and small-batch production; methods - theory of large systems, simulation modeling, artificial intelligence; novelty - new methodological positions of the organizational -technological designing permitting to increase technological metrics of IS and to implement justified reengineering existing IS at the expense of optimum designing, of a justified IS, organizational arranging on temporary and power metrics on the basis of simulation modeling for the first time designed; outcomes - decrease of duration and energy content of processing; implantation - in production with large economic benefit; branch - machine industry.
